There would be a less markup-y solution: whenever the user selects the
description/list environments, they would get two fields: Title and Body. 

Maybe this overcomplicates the interface, I don't know...

Yes, I'm using this at the moment. One problem is the need to escape brackets
and the like. It's not particularly user friendly.

But I do see your point! Maybe there is no perfect solution to this one.
