Has anyone used the layout for the svmult.cls class recently? (It is the Springer class for edited volume) The layout seems to have 2 problems (the class works fine in pure latex):
It does not recognize the \abstract* environment and it inserts the \maketitle command too early (before \author) Before I clumsily try to fix the problem, is is this a known problem and/or is there anything I should know about it?
