Are the dummy tags supposed to come over from the lyx doc? Is this a docbook toolchain misconfig on Fedora's part? TIA Phil

I already proposed a patch to fix this last year, but no-one has been around to verify the validity of the fix and to explain me how to handle things like footnotes.
I think I will commit the fix anyway now. Vincent
