I don't know how to do things in powerpoint. But this might work:

1. Make your presentation in beamer, as usual.
2. Make a pdf file of it.
3. Use pdftk or similar, and split the presentation pdf into
   a set of single-page pdf files.
4. Start up powerpoint. Put one pdf image on each page . . .


There may be some problems. Both powerpoint and beamer make margins. But you can set 0pt margins in beamer, and a slightly smaller paper size. Also make sure the fonts match.
