Unfortunately, i have not had time to look into the issue yet and come up with a non-hackish workaround. Part of the problem, I think, is that it only appears under certain circumstances. When I downloaded the files and compiled the example document this morning, I didn't have any other problems. Could you provide some additional information? What version of LaTeX are you using? Which operating system? Are you taking out any of the demographic labels (e.g., institution, contact address, phone, fax, email, website)? The more detail you can provide the better I will be able to track down the problem and rectify it. Cheers, Rob
