While you are at it, can anybody please check if our template file for Sweave: http://www.lyx.org/trac/export/39065/lyx-devel/branches/BRANCH_2_0_X/lib/examples/sweave.lyx and our Wiki page: http://wiki.lyx.org/LyX/LyxWithRThroughSweave are still compilable and up to date?
