LyX 2 support XeTeX, which is described that XeTeX directly support Unicode and fonts in our system ( I use Windows XP), so I think it might be better Chinese support. So I downloaded LyX 2 RC1 and want to make a trial how to use Chinese with LyX 2. I create a new article, then Document->Settings...->Fonts->Use non-TeX fonts (via XeTeX/LuaTeX). Then type some Chinese characters, and use View->PDF (XeTeX). No Chinese characters are displayed. If I select a Chinese font for typewriter, I get an error message says that 'fontspec error: "font-not-found'. How can I use Chinese with XeTex? Thanks for your help. Guofeng
