A snip of the file is attached. The native support was tried (though it took me a moment, as your support appears to be different that using framed itself. The normal framed commands failed. Found LyX's version under insert. That worked fine once I figured out how to adjust it to show up properly. It overflowed on the right and had a large space on the left inside part of the frame. I removed the quotation environment, set the minipage's size to 85% of the margin, and centered it. Thanks for that heads-up!
