I would just delete the whole po directory and use "svn revert -R po"
to restore it.

There is only one version of LyX2.0 in SVN. We will start
distinguishing between a stable and trunk version when LyX2.0 is
officially released. For now, the stable branch refers to 1.6.x.

I'm not sure what you're asking here. Do you have troubles compiling ?
