Hi I have a LyX document into which I want to insert XY-pic diagrams, I have LyX 1.6.6.1. I have followed the instructions in the "Using XY-pic in LyX" by H. Peter Gumm (29 Dec 2008). The problems I have are:-
1) The diagram won't render in pdf, get error !pdfTeX error: pdflatex (file xyd.enc): cannot open encoding file for reading 2) The diagram won't render in postScript, get error An error occurred running dvips However the diagram does render in LyX itself and in straight DVI. What do I need to add to my config to get the diagram at least rendering in pdf. Thanks Mark Mark Kortink
