This is normal. Your base LaTeX installation does not provide every
class that LyX is capable of using. If you have some reason that you
need to use these classes, then you can install the LaTeX packages in
the usual way. There is lots of information about how to do so on the
Internet, and your LaTeX distribution (TeXLive?) may contain a tool to
help with this.
