Can't open/save documents

Hi Everyone,

I installed Lyx 1.6.7 in a windows 7 pro 64 bits. The problem is that I 
can't open/save any document from the File menu. It seams Lyx can't call 
the "windows explorer interface" from which I can choose the document I 
want to open/save. I tried to run Lyx in many different configurations 
of compatibility modes, but nothing happened. Does anyone know how to 
fix it?
