You know how to insert a label? (Insert-menu -> Label...)
You know how to insert a reference? (Insert-menu -> Cross-Reference...)

To make the ERT box with the current page number you type "\thepage{}" (without 
quotes), mark this text and use Insert-menu -> TeX Code.

An example is attached.
