colors in lyx (index and references)

Hi all,

I'm having a problem to dissable colors for printing Lyx documents
(book class). I want just to disable in the index (red), references
(green), and footnote numbers (red) when printing. It's ok to have it
in the PDF, but I'm not sure the university will accept in the print
format.
