Thank you Julien for your reply. The problem has been solved in the meantime. The reason was after reinstalling Lyx after formatting my computer, the bibtex didn't get refreshed, even though it didn't show in the lyx editor. For people who will have this problem in the future, just perform a manual update for each citation to solve this problem.
