Hi Stephan, No urgency at all here. I have just wanted to test alpha5 and try to have some use for the community. I can compile this Sweave doc in LyX 1.6.5 without any problem. I have also copied the content of the path box from 1.6.5 to 2 alpha 5 and reconfigured, compiling with pdflatex is not proposed for my file.
