Hi, I am currently writing a book with Lyx (book class). It finish with an appendix (it is a normal chapter with a "start appendices here" before) et then a bibliography (simply insert TOC). When a produce the final document, in the table of content, the entry (and the internal link of the PDF output) of the bibliography points to the first page of the appendix and not the first page of the bibliography. I suppose that there is something to configure somewhere to avoid that, anyone a clue ? Thanks --
