Enrico, you just have to install the class as with any latex class. Afterwards, reconfigure LyX (Tools -> Reconfigure), restart Lyx, create a new document and change the document class (Document -> Settings -> Document Class) to the required "article(Springer)" or "article(svjour)" class.
