Debian/testing finally updated to TeXLive 2009, I suppose Ubuntu will
follow soon (or already did in some repository).

Installing missing LaTeX styles or packages is relatively easy:

* Install apt-file (via the package manager, e.g. aptitude).

* Run `apt-file find the-style-I-need.sty`.
  (Replace "the-style-I-need.sty" with a search pattern matching your
  needs.)

* Install the Debian/Ubuntu package providing this style via the
  package manager.

As apt-file searches on a cached database,
run `apt-file update` periodically.
