You've sent your message two times.
Please try to save and close your lyx document. Then open it again and
click "View PDF (pdflatex)" to get whole document compiled again. If
your problem is related to number of latex executions, it may help.
Then report if your problem persists, giving us your platform and LyX
version you're using.
