Hi Luca,

I agree totally with Konrad. Rather than shopping around for a document class 
that will let you insert the page, do it yourself with ERT and custom styles. 
I've written quite a bit on the general subject of saving the document class's 
power for the mainmatter, and doing the frontmatter yourself with ERT (LaTeX 
inserted into LyX).

Once again, I agree with Konrad, use ERT to put it in. On all my eBooks I use 
ERT to insert a cover page before the title page, and it works out just fine.
