bibLatex with Lyx

I followed the Wiki instructions to install biblatex with Lyx 1.6.3 and 
reconfigured, but when I try to compile a document I get:
LaTeX Error: File `biblatex.sty' not found.
I had copied the biblatex.sty file into a Miktex/tex/latex/biblatex 
folder  and rehashed the latex package database, but I am still getting 
the same error.
In addition, I do not find the biblatex module in  the 
Document/settings/module list.
What am I doing wrong?
