There are no qt 4.5.2 packages in the repositories for Jaunty (yet, and
who knows if there will be an update before Karmic Koala).

Eventually you can avoid compiling from source by getting the .deb's for
Ubuntu Karmic Koala [1]. But I am unsure which .deb's are required and
if this is wise to do.
