I have not searched for this answer very well online because I'm not sure exactly how to ask it in a few words. My problem is simple: I have a cover page with title and abstract and I want to skip to the next page to start my Introduction. How do you skip to the next page? This would be the equivelent of doing Ctrl-Enter in MS-Word.
