I'm sorry...I'm just not seeing it. I guess it is a little confusing because only one of the files there has "update" in the filename. Out of the two choices for the standard installer being LyX-1.6.3-1-Installer-Bundle.exe and LyX-1.6.3-1-Installer.exe which of these would be used for an "update"....
