You forgot to use a letter closing and mixed the signature with the closing. I fixed tis in the attached LyX file.
That you cannot see the bank and phone is due to the missing letter head or foot definitions. To see how this is done, have a look at the "koma-letter2.lyx" file that you find in LyX's template folder or via the menu File -> New from template.
