JanR, A friend of mine who is a computer whiz wrote a "script" for reformatting the Latex file. I haven't tried it yet, but I expect it will work fine. I use a Mac, and I think the script works using the underlying Unix. I am pretty sure the same can be done on a pc since the Latex file is just ascii on any computer.
I will let you know how things turn out. If you hear of any other fixes that work, I would appreciate your letting me know.
