Web site, wiki site and file uploads now working

Hi,

I think that we now have more or less successfully migrated the web site, 
the wiki site and the ability to upload files to the new server. The only 
thing not fully operational at the moment is bugzilla.lyx.org. For issues, 
please see
        http://www.lyx.org/trac/report
As for the web and the wiki, they should be fully operational so please 
report anything that isn't working.
