I am starting to work on the final editing of a long manuscript and I would very much appreciate the option to click on a page in the pdf viewer app and jump directly to the corresponding block of text in the source file.
I do not think this is possible with LyX, presently---am I wrong? If not, does anyone know of a similar facility for LaTeX? I vaguely remember something along this line as (perhaps) an Emacs mode plus a specific pdf (or dvi, I am not sure) reader. I tried googling, but I am not sure how this option would be called, so my results were meagre.
