Hi Doug, I'm really sorry I didn't answer your Feb 8 question -- it must have slipped by me. Next time, modify the environment used in quotations and footnotes. That way they'll all look the way your publisher wants. I can't talk you through exactly how to do it, but there's plenty of doucmentation on the subject, and if you have a lot of quotations and footnotes, spending a day or two changing the enviornments would be easier than changing every instance.
