Hello,
I recently upgraded my ubuntu laptop to intrepid and with it came the
upgrade of lyx to 1.5.6. I have an article written in the SIAM-article
class (stripped down example is attached). With the upgrade, it will no
longer compile. I upgraded lyx to 1.6.1, but it seems the issue is with the
siamltex.layout file.
The error I receive says that the "Command \proof already defined." See
attached for the full log file using a minimalistic lyx file (SIAM-article).
When I take the \usepackage{amsthm} out of the tex file it compiles fine
(though I don't know if that will break something else later on).
Does anyone have any idea of how to fix this? The last time I messed
with layout files was around lyx 1.0, so I'm a bit lost here.
