Don't reply to digests, please

Gentle point netiquette here:  If you read list mail in digest form,  
don't reply to it directly, as subjects like:

  lyx-users Digest 18 Dec 2008 08:59:48 -0000 Issue 2717
are completely uninformative to the list members and readers of the  
list archives.   Instead, please compose your message with an  
appropriate subject (the obvious choice being the subject of the  
relevant thread).
