Hi--

I installed LyX1.6.0RC2 on my Windows XP machine, accepting all the
defaults. I then made a 20x20 icon named font-code.png and put it in
C:\Program Files\Lyx16\Resources\images (and also in an "images"
subdirectory of my UserDir) and tried to add the following to the Standard
toolbar section of my UserDir/stdtoolbars.inc file:

Item "Toggle code" "font-code"

Nothing showed up on the toolbar. I re-named the icon file to
font-emph.png, and then it showed up as the icon for font-emph, so I know
the icon is acceptable to LyX. Other than keybindings, I haven't done much
customization of LyX before. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks,

Steve
