The Debian lyx package does not ship the bakoma fonts. As there are more packages that need the latex math fonts as ttf, packing them separately in Debian is fine. However, as the fonts and LyX are "found together ... in all but unusual installations", the dependency should be changed to "Recommends". (@Sven: Should I still file a bug report?) Günter
