Please post a minimal-example tex-file to the list that exhibits the problem, and maybe somebody who knows the tex2lyx stuff will look at it.
I mean: make your table in SAS as small and simple as possible (but for which LyX still fails to import and compile), and send the resulting tex file to the list here.
