In LyX, go to Tools > Tex Information to get a list of classes and both
LaTeX and BibTeX styles. To find documentation, go to Terminal.app and type
"texdoc [packagename]", where [packagename] is the name of the class or
style, *not* including the 3-letter extension. (So type "texdoc memoir" not
"texdoc memoir.cls".)
