[announce] preview test release of LyX 1.6.0alpha2 for Windows

Seems to be working fine.  But the new method for opening pdf files is a 
bit of a pain when using Comodo Firewall with Defense+ malware filter. 
Every time I view a document as pdf a temporary executable is created, 
and every time the malware filter asks me permission for execution... 
and of course it's is no use giving it a permanent permission.
