Sorry that was a poorly asked questions I read the some mail here and saw a suggesting to use the Mitek package manager to install the memori package, but it says it is already installed. So When I go under Document --> settings -->Document Class and choose "Unavailable:Book (memoir)" it then says "The layout file requested by this document, memoir,layout is no usable. This is probably because a LaTeX class or style files required by it is not available. See Customization documentation for more information. Lyx will not be able to produce output." At this point, I truly get lost. Any help appreciated. g
