I have no ".lyx" directory in the above path regardless of whether I install
LyX for current user or all users.
The push works for pushing to LatexEditor but not Lyx.
The lyxpipe doesn't work on Windows. The existing code is *nix specific.
Code could be written that would work on Windows, but there aren't a lot
of developers who use Windows, so there aren't many of us in a position
to do it.
