1. Does the LaTeX log (Document -> LaTeX log) indicate any errors?
2. If you use File -> Export to write out a LaTeX file, then run latex
or pdflatex against it from a DOS prompt, does the same thing happen
(and do you see any relevant messages from LaTeX)?
