Can you be more specific about what you mean by "with numbers and labels"? How did you get this? I generally have only labels, or a "#" sign if I ask for an equation number but don't have a label. I don't see places where I have both a number and a label. The fact that the PDF file is fine is encouraging. Maybe you could post a short lyx file that illustrates the problem with view inside of LyX. ...dave case
