The second error message clearly states that you have a caption outside a float. You should first
try to fix this. This is not easy in such a big document you have, so I recommend this:
- save the document unser another document
- delete part by part or section by section and afterwards try to process the
file
- when you get it to work, you know that the mistake was in the section you just deleted, so undo
this deletion and look if you can find there the mistake. If you still don't see the mistake, save
the file again under a different name and delete everything except of the problematic section to get
closer of the problem.
- if all this doesn't help, check if it works when you comment out all stuff of the hyperref package
you eventually have in the document preamble. (The first error message looks like a conflict with
hyperref, but could be caused by the second error message.)
- if you still fail to find the problem, send me a private mail with your
document.
