The problem is not a missing fourth run. In fact, LyX runs 6 times with the file, and if you increase MAX_RUN, it runs even more times. The problem is that this package needs two latex runs _before_ the bibtex run, else it will fail. We are not prepared for this case, I think. Jürgen
