Make sure to send your responses back to the list. It would make sense to also use the most recent version on other machines too. There are significant improvements and bug fixes to justify the upgrade plus you'll get better support ;) i am not sure how to deal with 1.3.7 for mac. Also, i wouldn't be surprised if differences between i-Installer versions is the reason you're having issues. you might need to also use an older version of Latex and related binaries.
