This feature has not been touched. Your problem is a LaTeX one, to help you precisely I need your LyX file. Please delete all other stuff except of the two paragraphs with the index entries and send it to my by private mail.
But before doing this, have you checked what Jürgen said? I bet that this is the reason. regards Uwe
