You can add the path to Tools -> Preferences... -> Paths -> PATH Prefix,
then locate each PDF output format (there are typically three) in the
File formats tab, change the Viewer to acrord32 and click Modify. Click
Save at the end. I'm not sure you need to do the viewer portion if it
reads 'auto', so you might try doing just the path prefix first.
Alternatively, you could just add the path to Reader to your system
command path.
