The first step is to download and install the LaTeX files and update
your filename database (specifics depend on your LaTeX distro, usually
by running texhash). Next, you'll need to create a layout file for the
class, park it in your <user>/layouts directory, reconfigure and restart
LyX. (Help->About will tell you where to find your user directory.) See
Help -> Customization chapter 5 for the gory details.
