Simply enter "mac.bind" or "cua.bind" (without the quotes) into LyX >  
Preferences > Look and feel > User interface > Bind file. On Mac, the  
files themselves can be found hidden inside the LyX application  
bundle: LyX.app/Contents/Resources/bind.
