Lyx-1.5.2 OSX 10.3.9 PowerPC G4 I have/had the problem with the setting the screen font to a readable size discussed earlier. The work around of restarting lyx seems to do what I want.
Every time I quit and sometimes when cut and pasting I get several annoying popups of the form: "Could not remove the temporary directory /tmp/lyx_tmpdir266003snfQs/lyx_tmpbuf0" and indeed it leaves lots of these files in /tmp.
