Actually, the wiki page http://wiki.lyx.org/LyX/LyXOnCygwin still refers
to LyX 1.4. It is my intention updating it to LyX 1.5/Qt 4.3.0 as soon as
I'll find the time. Note that the binary packages that I make available
most probably will continue using Qt 4.1.5 as they are the same packages
I build for my personal use, and I by far prefer Qt 4.1.5 over 4.3.0, as
that version is less bloated. I like having the file dialog instantly
populated as it happens with 4.1.5, instead of waiting several seconds.
Anyway, Qt 4.3.0 supports a Vista style, so if you have Vista and like
having shaded tool tips, you will be able to compile your own version ;-)
